Her first job was covering high school sports for Verizon Fios Channel 1 as in addition to MSG Networks. Balionis joined PGA Tour in 2011 as an in-house reporter, host and producer who covered highlights of tournaments, shows and events. In 2016 she moved to Callaway Golf to work as an in-house reporter, producing digital content for the golf manufacturer's media production team. She was employed by CBS in 2017 as a temporary golf reporter. A year later, she was promoted to full-time reporter. After playing volleyball at Kutztown University for two seasons She then moved to Hofstra University where she majored in broadcast journalism.
