American rapper Torence Ivy Hatch was born on November 14th in 1982. He is more popularly known by the name of Boosie BadAzz, or just Boosie (formerly Lil Boosie). Hatch began rapping in the 1990s with the hip-hop group Concentration Camp. He eventually left the group in 2000 and released his debut album Youngest of Da Camp. The label he was signed to ended the year following and signed with Pimp C's Trill Entertainment for his second album of studio work, "For My Thugz" (2002). Hatch is among the most famous figures of Southern hip-hop. Hatch has released seven studio albums, as well as six albums with collaborators and 42 mixtapes. Hatch was sentenced in 2009 to 4 years of imprisonment for gun and drug charges. Hatch was also charged with first-degree murder, and sentenced to 10 years in prison on various charges of possession of drugs with the intention of distribution. Hatch was released on the 5th of March, 2014, after five years in prison.
