Brooke Elizabeth Burns (born March 16, 1978)[1] is an American fashion model, host of a game show as well as an actress and TV show host. Burns began her career in television as a supporting character in the sitcom of Spanish-American origins, Out of the Blue (1995-1996). She was in all episodes. Burns joined the team of the action drama series Baywatch in 1998 and subsequently played in the second Baywatch version, Baywatch: Hawaii, until she left the show due to her first pregnancies. She was on the show for 33 episodes.After her hiatus, Burns returned to television. Burns played a variety of roles as a guest, including on the NBC sitcom Just Shoot Me! and an important role on the American soap opera North Shore. She hosted all 21 episodes of the NBC game show Dog Eat Dog between 2002 to 2003. She hosted 18 episodes of the Fox game show Hole in the Wall, as well as the GSN quiz show The Chase. The Chase received a nomination for the 41st Daytime Emmy Awards. Burns was also nominated two years later for the Daytime Emmy Award as Outstanding Game Show host. In addition to television, Burns has also appeared in minor roles in a variety of films. She was in the romantic comedy Shallow Hal, the mockbuster disaster Titanic II, and the drama Where Hope Grows (2014).
