Percy Robert Miller was raised in Central City, the Third Ward of Uptown New Orleans. He is an Calliope Projects employee. Miller is the youngest of five siblings. He is the youngest of five children. He attended Warren Easton High School and Booker T. Washington High School. Miller was a sophomore in high school. Miller was a part of Houston's basketball team and was awarded an athletic scholarship to the University of Houston. However Miller quit school during the first year, and was transferred to Merritt College, Oakland, California where he studied business administration. Miller was given $10,000 by his grandfather as part of a wrongful settlement. Miller established No Limit Records and Tapes in Richmond, California. This store was later renamed No Limit Records. Master P released the cassette tape, Mind Of A Psychopath, on February 15th in 1990. The tape was released in New Orleans, his brother Kevin Miller was also killed during the same year. He was driven to become an entrepreneur who was successful in order to help his family and transform his life.
