Rita Sahatciu Ora (born Rita Sahatciu; 26 November 1990) is a British singer and songwriter. In February 2012, she appeared as a featured singer on DJ Fresh's "Hot Right Now" single. It reached number one in the UK. Ora Her debut studio album, was released August 2012. It debuted at number 1 in the United Kingdom. It contained the UK top-ranked singles "R.I.P." as well as "How We Do (Party)". Ora had three top-three singles in the UK Singles Chart's Top 100. Ora was born in Pristina (modern-day Kosovo) and was named Honorary Ambassador of Kosovo in 2015. Ora's second studio album, Phoenix, was released in November of 2018. "Your Song" was the album's first single made it to the UK top 10. The following singles "Anywhere" (and "Let You Love Me") reached the top five. Ora was the first British solo female artist to make it into the top ten of the charts with "Let You Love Me".
