Chris Brown

 Christopher Maurice Brown (born May 5, 1989) is an American musician, singer and dancer. He is also an actor. According to Billboard Brown is the "King" of R&B. He has frequently been referred to by his peers as the "King of R&B". The style of music can be described as polyhedric. Brown's R&B is influenced by a variety of different genres, including hip hop and pop. The lyrics of his are primarily based on themes of romance, sex speed life, love regret, desire, and emotional conflict. Brown has earned himself an cult following as well as numerous comparisons to Michael Jackson for his stage presence In 2004 Brown signed with Jive Records, and released his self-titled debut studio album in the following year, which was later certified triple platinum by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA) His debut track "Run It!" reaching the top of the Billboard Hot 100, Brown became the first male artist since 1995 to have his first single be the top of the chart. His second album, Exclusive (2006), was a commercial hit and produced "Kiss Kiss" the second Billboard Hot 100 number 1 single. In 2009, Brown admitted guilt to the assault charge against Rihanna who was his girlfriend at the time. In the same year he released his third album, Graffiti, which was thought to be not as successful in terms of commercial appeal in comparison to his previous albums. The fourth album by Brown, F.A.M.E. was released immediately following Graffiti. (2011), which was his first album to top the Billboard 200. The album included the smash singles "Yeah 3x", “Look at Me Now" and "Beautiful People", which earned the Grammy Award as Best R&B Album. Fortune, Brown's fifth album, debuted at the top of the Billboard 200 in 2012. Heartbreak on a Full Moon the album he released on two discs with 45 tracks, was certified gold by the Recording Industry Association of America. It was later declared Double Platinum by The Recording Industry Association of America. Brown's ninth studio album Indigo was released in the year 2019 it also debuted on top of the Billboard 200. The album featured Drake's "No Guidance", which reached the top five of the Billboard Hot 100. It also broke the record for longest-running top spot on the Billboard's R&B/Hip-Hop Airplay charts. The single "Go Crazy" was released in 2020 by Young Thug and Brown as a part of their joint mixtape Slime & B.
