Kyle Miyata Larson (born July 31 in 1992) is an American professional auto racing driver. He is driving the No. 5 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 for Hendrick Motorsports. Larson is the 2021 NASCAR Cup Series Champion, the 2012 NASCAR K&N Pro Series East winner and Rookie-of the-Year and the 2013 NASCAR Nationwide Series rookie of the year and 2014 Cup Series rookie of the year. Larson was a highly successful dirt track racer, winning at prestigious events such as the Kings Royal, Knoxville Nationals and Chili Bowl Nationals. In 2015, he also was the overall winner of 24 Hours of Daytona's sports cars race. He took home the race by teaming up with Chip Ganassi Racing.
