DeAndre Cortez, born on July 28 in 1990, is an American rapper and record-producer. After his self-published debut track, "Crank That (Soulja Boy)," reached number one on the U.S. charts, he rose to fame. Billboard Hot 100 was a seven-week period. Then, he released the album he had been working on, Souljaboytellem.com (2007) that included the single "Soulja Girl".His second album, iSouljaBoyTellem (2008) was released in 2008 and included in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 top 20 singles "Turn My Swag On" and "Kiss Me thru the Phone". Way, who earned $7 million in 2010 was ranked as 18 on Forbes' list of Hip-Hop Cash Kings of 2010.
