Alyson Hannigan

 Hannigan was picked to play Willow Rosenberg, Buffy SummersBest Friend, in the 1997 TV series Buffy the Vampire Slayer. The show became a success and Hannigan became a household name as she appeared in a variety of films that were geared towards teenagers which included American Pie (1999), Boys and Girls (2000), American Pie 2 (2001) as well as American Wedding (2003). In a handful of episodes, she appeared as Willow on Angel the Buffy spinoff. The final Buffy episode aired May 20, 2003. [11] The Angel episode "Orpheus", in which Hannigan was last seen, aired on March 19, 2004.
