Justin Ryan

 Colin Lewis McAllister and Justin Patrick Ryan are Scottish interior decorators as well as television presenters, who are usually referred to as Colin and Justin.As they co-host, McAllister and Ryan have been together since 1986, and are credited with introducing laminate flooring into British households. They had a private civil marriage ceremony in London on February 15, 2008 and then took off on the Caribbean honeymoon. McAllister, Ryan, and their PS100,000 loan were used to play the game on properties and make an income. Their ultimate goal was to market the property for PS1M. With the help of Nigel Leck, the project manager, they acquired seven properties in the UK. The process took over two years. The final property they sold was PS1.25 million and after repayment of all loans they made a profit of almost 300,000 that was donated to the BBC's Children in Need Appeal.
